1. Introduction Our organization is actively working under the ZED Certification Scheme (Zero Defect Zero Effect) initiated by the Government of India for MSMEs. The objective of this scheme is to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and promote environmentally sustainable manufacturing practices. 2. Objective We aim to appoint Vendors / Channel Partners who will: Identify and approach manufacturing units Promote ZED Certification among MSMEs Assist clients in completing the certification process Help businesses avail government benefits under the ZED Scheme 3. Scope of Work The appointed Vendor / Partner shall be responsible for: a. Market Research & Identification Identify potential manufacturing units (MSMEs) Conduct field visits and build connections b. Lead Generation Generate interested leads for ZED Certification Conduct awareness meetings, seminars, or presentations c. Client Coordination Explain certification benefits and process Collect required documents from clients d. Application & Certification Support Assist in registration on ZED Portal Coordinate with assessment and audit teams Ensure smooth completion of certification e. Follow-up & Closure Regular follow-ups with clients Ensure successful certification completion 4. Vendor Appointment Terms Vendors will be appointed on a non-exclusive basis Compensation will be performance-based (commission/incentives) The company will provide necessary training and support Vendors must follow ethical business practices Misrepresentation or false commitments will lead to termination 5. Payment / Incentive Structure (To be detailed in Annexure) Per certification payout Target-based incentives Performance bonuses 8.
